There is an interesting theory that women evolved protruding mammary glands
(breasts / boobs) through selection forces based on what men found sexually
attractive. It is true that protruding breasts mimic the curve of the women's
buttocks as viewed from behind during sex. This certainly makes evolutionary
sense, given that other mammals do not have protruding breasts (i.e. it
is not necessary for milk production).
If this is true then women are really getting 'butt' implants in their breasts
to satisfy men's instinctive lust for a women's ass (you can probably tell
that we think breast implants are unnatural, and not what doctors should
be doing to help humanity).
