The following picture shows different love making positions which should open your mind to some interesting variations. Beneath the diagram, you will find information on tantric techniques to change your body position during penetration without withdrawal of the penis. The numbers in this text relate to the above diagram.

'1. Penetrate in the seated position. Move as if grinding while the main course here is caressing.

2. From the position No.1, she lies back stretching her arms above her head.

When a man supports himself against a wall, and the woman, sitting on his hands joined together and held underneath her, throws her arms round his neck, and putting her thighs alongside his waist, moves herself by her feet, which are touching the wall against which the man is leaning, it is called the 'suspended congress'.
