2006, number of searches per day in brackets). Given that there are about 400
million searches per day on the Internet, sex related searches (18.5 million)
account for about 5% of total searches.
This has dropped from about 15% of all searches five years ago, though it is
likely that people search less for sex sites now as they have found sites they
like and go to them from their favourites / bookmarks (so the number of people
viewing sex related sites may not have fallen).
